At Banchy Store, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Packaging All trading cards are carefully packaged with protective sleeves and rigid mailers to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our hands.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ihornedo24@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Delays Banchy Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
